Students have the opportunity to take part in several after school clubs and school trips to outside sites also take place. The school grounds are well secured so the children are educated in a safe environment. The school site also houses a sure start childrens centre- Maple trees, which offers a range of courses and activities to the surrounding community from drop in counselling sessions, stay and play right through to midwife clinic.

The current owners took over about a year before we started using them, and have made huge improvements. There is just the right amount of friendly home atmosphere combined with the right amount of professionalism. Turnover of staff is very low (high turnover being more common with nurseries, and a problem for parents and children). The staff are a good mix of younger and older women, all with real affection and commitment to their charges. I can't recommend highly enough - but they hardly need it, you need to make a reservation for the twinkle in your eye, they're so popular.
