I was told to expect a call from the designer on Monday, but by Tuesday, having received no call, I left a message with the office. I received a call from Adam, who sounded like he was having a bad day--something we all experience. We scheduled the appointment, and when he arrived, we spoke for about 10 minutes, mostly about his GREAT program that supposedly does many things. He promised to send me something by email the following day. A few days later, having received nothing, I called the office again and spoke with Maria, who said she would speak with Adam and ensure the design would be in my inbox by the next morning. When I finally received the design, it looked like something my 9-year-old nephew could have put together. When I called to request a refund, Adam answered. Although he thought he put me on hold, I could hear him and another male in the background talking trash. The other guy kept saying to take my number and let Maria call me back. Adam lied, claiming he did everything I had asked for and in fact said I thought it was horrible and I hated everything. It may be his way of speaking but, I said it was not what we discussed. I am now waiting to hear back from Maria, but I'm not holding my breath. I'm just glad I discovered this before hiring them for my other properties. All I can say is, I was hoping for more. Be cautious of companies that don't value their clients.

Your professionalism and communication are outstanding and greatly appreciated. When questions about the project arose Ron was very quick to reach out with suggestions and the proper action that needs to be taken to remedy. Ron has an in-depth knowledge of construction and was able to spot problems with previous work done by others. He is able to provide accurate cost effective solutions quickly with precision. We needed to replace the ancient wrought iron columns on the property with something more modern and feasible to attach our gutter downspouts. Ron absolutely KILLED it; he drew up the quote (extremely accurate) and had suggestions that would be slightly more expensive with the choice in wood & attachment points but the longevity would outlast the cost one thousand fold (so thankful for your insight). We also needed to replace the entire section of attic breather screens that would be best described as janky and worn. His idea for the fix wouldn't break the bank and it looks so professional it looks better than NEW (hat tip to you SIR)! We also had Ron replace rotted sections of soffit and fascia, he was able to color match spot on with the paint and it came out phenomenal! If you aren't the handy type or you haven't gained enough confidence from the latest video on YouTube University to do it on your own; do yourself a favor and call Ron to have it done right the first time! He doesn't charge an arm and a leg and he is one stand up Dude! Ron it was a pleasure working with you, I will be keeping your number saved in my "Favorites" for tomorrow's project!
