You drive toward the back and there are two kiosks with a gate and you choose which car wash options you would like. I got the $17 one. The gate lifts then a person by the car wash will instruct you to put car in neutral by pointing to signs and guide you into the car wash. The car wash sprays foam and water and has rotating brushes. It did a pretty good job of washing my car, but I do wish it would have gotten the hood and roof a bit better. The car wash had blow dryers as you leave and overall it was worth it. They also have vacuum stations there as and a membership option if you want unlimited washes.

The Automated Selection and Money Machines are 'Blocked' from the Entrance View and the small and faded 'Car Wash Entrance' Sign simply didn't catch our eyes fast enough. Once we were told 'We were doing it wrong' we figured out how to get in line, However, we got stuck behind an Unlimited Membership Driver who couldn't get her sticker to work. So, we finally got told to back up and get in the other line. Once we got that done we realized that no one was there to answer questions on the Unlimited Membership Choices so we paid for the $17 Single Car Wash and found ourselves with 4 other Cars waiting in line to start. The Car Wash was acceptable, the drying phase was inadequate, and we had wasted so much time that we decided to forego the vac and interior cleaning to get on with our day. Probably won't return but the choices for a really GOOD Car Wash in Pascagoula are not good. What a shame....Maybe Caliber will open a Good Car Wash soon? Better than nothing IF you can figure it out and like to deal with Machines....

Getting short on money ( for repairs that did not help) and patience, a friend recommended I take my car to Dave at D & H . After running a pressure test on the cooling system Dave discovered I had a blown head gasket . After further checking Dave found that when I had replaced my serpentine belt I had installed it wrong The belt diagram was missing from my engine compartment so I had gone over my water pump pulley instead of under it. That did not allow my coolant to circulate properly Dave repaired the problem at a very reasonable price and once again I can drive my Chevy and not worry about over heating

I was a customer for 20 years.They did great work,BUT then we had an issue.I brought my car in…read morebecause I had something in the tire AND it was going flat.They told me I had a Crack in my rim and it needed to be welded.They referred me to a place AND it costed me 175.00 dollars.The next morning I go to my car AND the tire is flat.I aired it up and went back to New Century and tell me I have a piece of glass in the tire.They patched it and had no problems. Jimmy the owner got mad.We brought my dad's truck to get a tune up.He kept it for a month AND didn't even touch it.We went by after 2 weeks.He kept saying I will look at it.After a month he didn't even touch it,because I called him out about his son's mistake.After a month we picked up my dad's truck and brought it to another shop.That was very UNETHICAL AND RUDE!!!! 20 years we were customer and they do this.Not the right way to do business.

Price was exactly as quoted and no useless upsell attempts. Let me know brakes were low, and gave me a reasonable price quote. We will definitely be back for any repairs I can't handle. Highly recommend and am completely happy at this time.

Luckily enough Donovan's appeared to be pretty close so we ordered a tow truck meanwhile called the shop.
