Recommend making an appointment; they appear to be busy most of the time. However, even with an appointment you may be waiting a while if they get behind. Or you can leave your vehicle there if you have someone who can pick you up. $40 for basic oil change, $60 for semi-synthetic, and $70 for a full-synthetic oil change. They also replace/repair tires and perform some basic auto services like shocks, alignments, AC service and brakes. Steve, who is the manager, seems nice and knowledgeable. Appears he's been there for decades. Once they got my car into a work bay they completed the oil change in 20-25 minutes. Seems like a good place to get an oil change or other basic vehicle maintenance services. My only complaint is the mechanic used the hood support rod, which I had strapped down to prevent its use, and this caused the gas lifts (which hold the hood up) to be pulled away from their attachment points and one was slightly damaged.

He…read moregave me an estimate (which was much cheaper than the dealership quoted) and I let him work on the vehicle. Dale was upfront about their workload and told me it would be several days before he could work on the vehicle. It took three days to complete the work. The vehicle drove nicely afterwards with no issues. I would highly recommend this repair shop to others and feel as though the two mechanics there are upfront and honest about the repairs needed and job that had to be done. They provided quality work and saved me a good bit of money on my vehicle. I will definite bring future maintenance and repairs needed on my vehicle to Gautier Automotive.

The gate lifts then a person by the car wash will instruct you to put car in neutral by pointing to signs and guide you into the car wash. The car wash sprays foam and water and has rotating brushes. It did a pretty good job of washing my car, but I do wish it would have gotten the hood and roof a bit better. The car wash had blow dryers as you leave and overall it was worth it. They also have vacuum stations there as and a membership option if you want unlimited washes.

The Automated Selection and Money Machines are 'Blocked' from the Entrance View and the small and faded 'Car Wash Entrance' Sign simply didn't catch our eyes fast enough. Once we were told 'We were doing it wrong' we figured out how to get in line, However, we got stuck behind an Unlimited Membership Driver who couldn't get her sticker to work. So, we finally got told to back up and get in the other line. Once we got that done we realized that no one was there to answer questions on the Unlimited Membership Choices so we paid for the $17 Single Car Wash and found ourselves with 4 other Cars waiting in line to start. The Car Wash was acceptable, the drying phase was inadequate, and we had wasted so much time that we decided to forego the vac and interior cleaning to get on with our day. Probably won't return but the choices for a really GOOD Car Wash in Pascagoula are not good. What a shame....Maybe Caliber will open a Good Car Wash soon? Better than nothing IF you can figure it out and like to deal with Machines....

It was just a kink in the power steering hose! Last summer my ac went out. He repaired it. Two weeks later it went out again. Norman looked into it and apparently the parts company sent him a bad compressor so he got on the phone and got me a way more expensive one with a better warranty and worked on a Saturday to get it repaired. His prices are extremely affordable especially with me being a single woman with kids. He is compassionate and will go out his way to help anyone. Also you can trust him not to lie to you or overcharge you for things you don't need. Other mechanic shops could learn a thing or two from Mr. Norman Williams!! Totally worth the drive! I come all the way from Gulfport to Vancleave to get everything from oil changes to tire rotations to getting my transmission serviced to ordering new tires. They do it all! Honestly cannot praise them enough!
