Said he wasn't going to do the job, he doesn't get paid enough, people have taken advantage of him, has trouble with the service, etc etc. We were trying to cover ourselves with/for the rental company, that's all. Anyway, he called it in and then left. If he doesn't want to do this service, he shouldn't have his business connected to the rental car company. We had to wait an extra hour and a half for the next company in line on the cal list. I get his reasoning but he needs to take his company off the list and not waste customer time. I don't recommend this company at all.

Then they gave her back the car just for it to break down two hours later, so she called them back turns out it was the timing chain they said they would bring the car back into the shop and repair that for another fee. If they were a reputable shop, they would've known right away. It was the timing chain, or offered her a refund, instead they offered to fix it for more money. they are con artists just trying to make extra money. I wouldn't bring your car there. They'll just con you out of money too!

So I called them today myself they denied the damage did either drive or did anything to the vehicle and he basically hung up on me. this is a case where we're going to have to go to court because they refuse to pay for the damages done to my son's vehicle
