I went to the Emergency room on several occasions. I was even hospitalized. My husband tried cleaning (sanitizing the whole house) thinking it might be an allergy. He shampooed the carpets. Nothing worked. He went to Expert Floors and told them what was going on and thought maybe flooring should be changed. They told him what kind a floor would be best for me and my allergies also for the life style we have. We rescue dogs. So that went into factoring what we needed. They said since it was somewhat of an emergency they would do the demo quickly (removing the carpet and preparing the floors for the new hard flooring.) I would like to post a review about the Sonesta Suites on Baseline Rd in Tempe. My husband and I have been here a few months for his job. We have spent most of our life in hotels. He Works construction out of state and I have worked as a Flight Attendant. This hotel is so clean the housekeeping staff is amazing. They put attention to detail, however The Ladies are so professional and friendly no matter whatever you need. I would like to especially like to mention Melinda and Teresa at the front desk. They are always so friendly and nice. I look forward just to just going downstairs just to say hello. They are always so greating you with a friendly word and a smile. We are driving from Winnipeg CA to Jacksonville FL and and has starter issue with our sprinter. I tow my Sprinter RV to repair my starter. I experienced great customer service here. Mr Chris brought the van to his place . He tow the van himself. The original quote given to me was the cheapest one in town. The repair only took one days and the total price was actually less than the original quote. Since I paid out of pocket for the repair, we were very excited to learn that the cost of repair was cheaper due to the parts needed for the repair. They are honest, do a thorough job of explain the issue, visually demonstrate by showing the issue with the parts, always super informative and friendly, and even offer suggestions on prioritization of repairs. Each time I bring my vehicle in, they give me an advanced notice of something I may need to address in the next few months (I.e. tires, brakes, etc). This is a great auto repair shop. My vehicle was broke down on the side of the road. I called towing companies and they all were booked through the night.
