I called them and got Ryan on whom I requested an estimate for taking down three trees, one of which already fell but was caught up in another tree. The area with the trees was near a shed that I was afraid could be damaged it any happen to finally fall that way. Ryan came out on 6/23/2026 and quoted a fair price which I agreed to. Being that the one tree was a"Widow Maker" that precariously leaned off to the side of the shed, Ryan offered to do the job the next day and arrived early with his professional and courteous crew. The job was completed in four hours and they removed all debris and cleaned the site with blowers. I couldn't ask for a better job and will definitely use them again for other dead trees I have remaining out back, but not endangering any other property.

I was told it would be a one day job. On the scheduled day, I finally called them at 2:00. Yes, they were still coming. They got here at 2:30. Worked hard and well, but then left without a word a bit after 4. Leaving several logs and a huge tree trunk on my property. No call. No explanation. 6 days later, they showed up again, unannounced. Took away the wood. But didn't grind the stump as contracted. Left again with no word. Maybe, in theory, they will return someday to finish the job. Obviously they either don't know how to make a phone call, or else they just don't care about their customers.
