Today, I had a full session with Shannon. I had not had a professional massage in over a year, and with my job, it should likely be a monthly requirement. I also practice martial arts and frequently have soreness in my muscles as well as sports injuries. After talking with Dr. Liu, I had an adjustment to relax my neck and back. Then came the relaxing part--lying on a spinal massage bed.
