Best massage since I was in Hong Kong will return as the service is great and they are very friendly

A few weeks ago I woke up with a bad pinch nerve in my neck. I decided to go get a deep tissue massage to ease the pain. I began to search for a massage place near by. After looking at the places here I decided it try Jin's. As I walked in the place was nice and clean and very quiet. I spoke with the lady in the front and told her about my issue. She was very nice and understood what I had. She took me to the back and introduced me to my masseuse. She was very quiet and nice. She did an awesome job. I was really surprised at how strong she was with the deep tissue massage she gave me. She did an outstanding job. If you looking for a great place to get a deep tissue massage I recommend Jin's. Great staff, clean place and very comfortable. I will be going back again for another great massage. read more

Secondly I called at 745 and she got me in for an hour massage by Lisa that worked out all the kinks I had in my neck and upper back from playing pickleball for the first time while on vacation. Arrived for an appointment. You pay BEFORE your massage (strange dynamic) after paying the front desk receptionist "reminds" you to leave a tip for the masseuse (when did tipping for service become a demand..?). I was escorted by my masseuse to a private room, massage table didn't have full size sheet to cover body after disrobing. So I waited in my full on birthday suit sprawled out on massage table (because why not?!). During massage I was asked if pressure was ok. This I appreciated. My 90 minute combo (body and feet) was mostly a back massage with short lived leg and foot massage. I could hear the other masseuse taking in native language to other massage techs. For a brief moment I heard the typical spa experience music- playing in background, then It abruptly stopped and I hear a radio station in the massage techs native language. Nothing wrong with it, but not something I prefer to listen to while attempting to relax and be ZEN. After massage I was handed a small cup of room temp water. Overall massage was pretty good. The masseuse really put in work on a few of my tense areas. If I'm town I'd suggest checking this place out. read more

This review is not based on the massage experience but on the interaction with the owner. We went in to see if we could view any unoccupied massage room. We like to see the overall conditions we will be lying in for an hour before we start. We learned this the hard way: once booking a place online and once in the room, we wanted to run out because it was so bad. When I asked if we could see any open room used for massages, she questioned why I wanted to see a room, accused me of being there before (first time in Lake Havasu and never been to this place before), and told me to leave. Something behind the front counter she did not want to show us, or this is the worst case of poor business acumen I have ever been involved with. Called for 3 of us and they were able to get us in same day. We had the 60 minute massages. One of the best all over body massages I've ever had. Was completely relaxed and tension I came on for melted away after they massages it all out. Only suggestion I'd have for them is to put a candle on or some aromatherapy as it would be icing on the cake as far as for the experience. Will definitely be back. Worst experience . I had called about a massage , wanting the 42 dollar massage. Got there and was asked to pay prior, 60. She rushed me into the massage room and I had the worst massage, an hour of getting oil rubbed on me for an hour. Also the same experience as other: small towel, no cover up, door open, pressure to tip. But that is not the worst of it. I got home with red marks all over after the massage. read more

Happen to be in Havasu a few weeks ago for a friends birthday. They move the towel around you while you're massaged so you're never exposed. A hand may graze a mans testicle when having the inside of your leg done but nothing sexual in nature and without intent. Place is awful. Terrible experience felt super uncomfortable the entire time I wouldn't even consider this a massage more rubbing. I explained to them that my lower back was stiff and she proceeded to rub my legs and butt and WAY to close to the inside of my thigh. Was very uncomfortable the whole time. Not to mention they make you pay before hand and we're laughing because I didn't tip before she even gave me the massage. Place is a joke they pretend they can't speak English. Gave the lady a $10.00 tip and she still followed me to the door holding up a sign saying tips please. She offered me a tiny glass of water after my massage and when I wouldn't give her more than a $10 tip she tried saying I owed for the water. Long story short don't go here it's an awful experience I was NOT ABLE TO RELAX AT ALL BECAUSE OF HOW UNEASY I FELT. read more

Their rocks are THICK & FLAT & their knowledge of the use of this modality allowed us to relax SOOOO MUCH we had difficulty conversing afterwards as we were that relaxed. They grabbed those hot rocks and literally rubbed all our knots out of our shoulders & neck. I came here for my birthday a few months ago and was very pleased. Greeted by Jin, the lovely owner, she helped me pick the right one. I did find it weird that you had to pay first, I've gotten massages all over the place & you pay after to determine your tip to the therapist. It's very clean & a traditional Asian parlor. Perfect lighting, relaxing music & wonderfully nice employees. My massage therapist did a fantastic job. She used just the right amount of pressure & tended to each part of my body equally. She isolated and worked on my upper back and shoulder the most, as they were the most sore. Used hot stones, hot oil & warm towels. Very soothing. I'm very big on self-care and healing. The only disappointment was the price. Most places I've gone to in California & Texas were all around $35-45 for an hour of full body and foot. Then I typically tip at least $20. Unfortunately, it was $60 so I could only tip $12. I would love to come back if the prices were a bit more reasonable. Definitely stop in if you have the extra $75 to spare! read more

Clean business establishment. The room was abit cold and the massage was more of rubbing up and down versus massaging with hands. I was naked uncovered for a good majority of time and during the session the room was opened and the masseuse was talking to another employee. The best part was the hot rocks. read more

Have been there before , good massage . Have had hundreds of massages , around the world , but this last time it was unbelievably terrible ! First one just rubbed in same place on back for 40 minutes . Finally asked to talk to mama San . Having a couples massage with my wife , they just switched masseuses. Neither one of them was a masseuse. Second one was way too rough , clanging hot stones on my neck and skull . Finally told her to stop , gave a $10.00 tip , even though I didn't want to . Left before my wife . She didn't have her wallet . When she was done , they blocked her way , saying she couldn't leave without tipping . Worst experience and massage I've ever had , will not return and feel like reporting them to BBB . Mamas-an was rude , massage was terrible, strongly recommend you not to go there .
