The service was fine. The environment was clean. However the technician had a nasty disposition and failed to give me the pedicure I requested in addition to the manicure I received. I love this salon! Calvin and his mom & sister are THE BEST. Make sure you get a few appointments scheduled at a time. They are busy because they are great at their jobs. I have to say that I am so excited to find Mi Mis Nail! I don't spoil myself very much and finding a great nail spot is the best. A good friend told me to try MiMis because she loves them and I finally went. From the Minute I walked in the door I could feel the relaxed atmosphere and everyone in the place is so nice! I didn't get the name of the young man that did both gel manicure and a AWESOME pedi cure. They most definitely treat everyone there like friends. The massage chairs are beyond so relaxing. I wish I had a good experience like the reviews I read. This was the worst experience ever. It was the day before my wedding and they knew that. It was the first day for the technician, needless to say, it was horrible. I complained, I was in tears. Then the owner sat down to try and fix it with an attitude to boot! I've TRIED to get a pedicure here at least a 1/2 dozen times. I've called, they don't answer. When I walk in, they turn me away every time, even when there are MANY chairs available and technicians sitting on their phones, not giving services. Very disappointing. Wonderful pedicure and excellent covid precautions. Everyone was wearing masks. I saw them diligently cleaning. Regular pedi was $25, deluxe was $40 but I think it was worth it. Would definitely go back. Be sure to make an appt as they are busy. OPI polish. read more

I love Mi Mi! The team at this shop really do an amazing pedicure. I think they also do amazing nails from what I have seen and offer a variety of options but personally I have not had my nails done because I don't do nails. Friendly, inviting atmosphere and equally important it's clean! read more

One of my favorite places to go in Havasu! The pedicures are great and everyone takes such good care of you! Comfy chairs great prices and convenient location makes it even better! After coming numerous times I had a dip powder manicure that was a little funky. The powder kept making ridges and was very difficult to use. My nails had ridges in them when I was done but because they were very busy I left. I came back in a week later when I got back into town and talked with Mi Mi about it. They were so great at offering to redo my nails. I got a gel manicure this time and it was perfect!!!! Thank you so much for making this right...integrity at its best! Outside said appointment only, nothing about a mask. I walked in to see if I could make an appointment. They told me they could fit me in now but I had to wear a mask. As I reach for mine, I look and the 8 other clients in the nail salon didn't have a mask. I confirmed that even though they didn't have one, I had to wear one, the woman at the front said yes. I walked out. If you're going to mandate a mask post it on the outside of your door and make all your clients wear them. read more

I would have to say this was one of the worst mani-pedis and experiences I've ever had. I've been to some awesome salons, and yes occasionally they don't hit the mark. This one fell so below the mark I wish there was a zero star option. I showed up for my appointment and they were prepared and waiting for me. They then proceeded to give me the worst manicure and pedicure ever. I literally had to direct the man on what to do. He didn't trim the cuticles, he didn't remove dead skin he left my nails rough and jagged. I had to make him go back and smooth the leading edge of my nails I requested a buff shine and definitely not what I got. There was no leg massage no massaging the arms or hands it was as if I was a guy so therefore how could I possibly want a mani-pedi like a woman would get. Just completely horrible and for some reason I still paid them and tipped the guy which I should've never done. I should've refused to pay and I should've left; that's how bad it was. Best part was the owner sat there and heard me having to tell the gentleman what to do to go back to fix things and she just sat there playing on her phone the whole time. I would highly recommend you find any salon in Lake Havasu City other than this one. read more

Today was a wonderful surprise! Just moved to Havasu and hadn't had my nails done in two months. My nails were in serious need of some help. To my luck, Mimi had a cancellation and was able to take me within the hour! Her salon is warm and inviting and DOES NOT SMELL like a nail salon. Only gel and dip are used (no acrylic) and it is very "refreshing" to spend time there. I had a "dip" pink and white french tip done - and Mimi performed it like a perfect dance - great job, great people, reasonable pricing and overall a place I will now be calling "my nail place". Already made my next appointment and looking forward to a pedicure in the near future! Very Happy Find! Thank you Mimi!! This place has potential, although they do not sanitize any of their tools and equipment, and they do not have gloves on when doing nails. I will be soaking my feet in alcohol when i get home, i do not want to get fungus or anything like that. They use a callus remover that has been illegal for quit sometime which can result in cuts and infections. Please go somewhere else. read more
