DO NOT use this guy! He (guy with a thick accent that you cannot understand) charged me $108 for a 'free check up' ripped apart my laptop and then refused to give me back my charger. When I first picked up my laptop he had it ripped apart, couldn't find the hard drive and tried to give me a charger that did not belong to me. When I asked him where my charger was, he kept looking on the floor and under piles of what looked like trash. I left angry and he came to my car and said he has to find the hard drive and to come back. When I retuned for the laptop he said I didn't have it with the laptop when I dropped it off, which I did. Then he said what do you want it for, your computer doesn't work. He's unorganized, messy, never there according to displayed hours. Do not take your computer here!!!!. This owner is incompetent and does not know what he is doing. I took my pc there and after 4 months of back and forth with him, he told me that he ordered the wrong part with the $200 I gave him, and that now I needed to pay for another part, and I needed to be the one to find it. I told him I had already paid for a part and it was not my fault he bought the wrong one. He then refused to give me back my computer and said he was keeping it until I brought the part for him to fix it. I actually had to get a police officer to come to his business with me and get my computer. I lost the money I paid him for repair ($150.) and the $200. I paid for the wrong part he ordered, and when I got my computer back it was covered in dirt inside and out because he kept it on the floor, so now it is basically junk. He is a bully and has no background in repairing computers. I learned later that he used to sell cars. I wish I had done a background before because he's been sued many times and does not care if he hurts people. read more

Horrible. This guy wasted my time and money. I brought in my computer and showed him what was wrong with it. He gave me a price and I left it with him. I come back to pick it up when he said it was done. Not only was it NOT fixed but he also raised the price. Now I have to pay somebody else to fix what Jissan did. Got it home...and it did not even work. They are liars and should be forced to close their doors. They are the most rude, incompetent people I have ever dealt with. The guy was trying to help, but not that knowledgeable. He did look at the computer for free and tell me he couldn't read my hard drive. He seems friendly and honest; could help with some minor stuff if you need. His hours are really weird; I have come by in the middle of morning and afternoon and he is gone. Do not take your equipment here. Took my lap top in & was quoted $100 & then when I went to pick it up was charged $130 and was told it was because he put an antivirus on my computer (without my permission). Later found out that the antivirus installed was a free one. read more

Fortunately, there are alternatives for computer repair. I took my cracked iPad to these guys and never received a call. I went by to see what the deal was and they had it but lost my contact information. Not a good start. The repair appeared fine but the home button started to come loose. The screen cracked again so I took it to another repair shop. They told me Jissan Computer left parts out and that was why the home button was broken. I strongly suggest avoiding these guys before hey go out of business and your gadget is stuck in their locked building. read more

I had him repair my HP laptop (which wouldn't even get past the windows loading screen) and he forgot to enable my graphics card so I had to return to him after picking up the laptop, so while it was fixed it was kind of a bummer to have to go back the next day to fix a rookie mistake. At least my laptop starts now. read more

Completely ripped me off! I asked for help with storage on my PC & he downloaded antivirus app! Charged me $80 & refused to refund the money after I told him I didn't need antivirus! Don't go there! Jissan is incompetent, Jissan wiped out all the data without notifying us we may use our data, Jissan returned the computer with the wrong power cord and charged over 10% more then the agreed upon price. read more
