Also very bad timing with when I brought it in, they were swamped so I will give them that. If you want communication, it has to be done in person... just saying. Quite literally show up and talk to the guys, they are VERY nice, got nothing against them, just communication is poor over the phone, or at least between workers (person who picks up phone and person who works on PC)
