They also brought games and got all of the kids excited to dance and be silly. Taylor was an amazing performer, down to her precious sense of humor. I offered for her to take a break while the kids ate lunch but she sat and talked with them instead, which was so cute and fun for the kids. The communication was not great. The instructions are that you'll be contacted by the entertainer the week prior to the event. Fri morning I hadn't heard anything so I reached out and was told she'd contact me on the afternoon and they never did. The following morning (day of the party) they reached out and said they had an incorrect phone number and they didn't respond Fri evening b/c of business hours. Mistakes happen, very understandable but all of it could have been avoided if they didn't wait until the afternoon before the party to reach out. Tiffeney was incredibly apologetic, the owner never apologized, just explained the oversight and how negative review impact the business.
