We used Party Animals for Facepainting and balloon twisting. Tiffeney was really good, she's a talented artist was incredibly efficient with both Facepainting and balloon twisting, I'd definitely use her again. The communication was not great. The instructions are that you'll be contacted by the entertainer the week prior to the event. Fri morning I hadn't heard anything so I reached out and was told she'd contact me on the afternoon and they never did. The following morning (day of the party) they reached out and said they had an incorrect phone number and they didn't respond Fri evening b/c of business hours. Mistakes happen, very understandable but all of it could have been avoided if they didn't wait until the afternoon before the party to reach out. Tiffeney was incredibly apologetic, the owner never apologized, just explained the oversight and how negative review impact the business. read more

What a wonderful way to celebrate an occasion than to have a Super Surprise show up! My son's 5th birthday will be one to remember thanks to Michael at Party Animals. He dressed up as a Pirate, played games, made balloon swords and a magic show! He was very good with the children, and made sure everyone had a good time. He had a gentle way to include everyone, even the more shy children. His jokes were also entertaining to the adults, we all got a kick out the experience. Everything was great until the Batman arrived 13 minutes late with no phone call to advise and was extremely unapologetic. The costumes of WonderWoman and Batman were terrible. These entertainers took "0" pride in their appearance. Wonder Woman's hair was matted and her costume was dirty and wrinkled. I was livid when Batman removed his helmet in front of all of the children. The idea is that the character is to stay in costume throughout the event. When I called the owner to explain the tardiness of the character his only resolve was to have the talent stay later. He never apologized or took responsibility but instead acted as if I shouldn't have even called him. I will never book with this company again and do not recommend for your child's next party. Looking at the recent comment really surprised me. I have been using this company going on three years and EVERY year the service and entertainers get better and better. They are always professional and go out their way to make sure my party exceeds my expectations. The entertainer needed no direction, they came out and did their thing. Their spider man even went out on the skating ring (no skates off course) and helped the kids skate!!!! HOW AWSOME IS THAT!! We had an Elsa party this past weekend 4/18/15 for my 4 year old daughter. When Elsa arrived she looked as though she had gotten dressed in her vehicle, the slit in her dress was too high and right in the middle of her legs. She wore faux snake skin ankle boots that were black and grey which were visible the entire time thanks to the slit. Her dark hair was exposed as the Elsa wig was falling off the entire party. When Elsa called me to discuss the party a week prior I stressed that singing was the most important activity to my Elsa obsessed daughter. I told Elsa that face painting and a Coronation Ceremony would be great if we had time after singing. I told her no balloons would be necessary because my other child is only 1 year old and would eat them. Before starting the music, Elsa began to pass out lyrics to Let It Go and ask if the children could read! (most of the children were 4 and under) Elsa turned the music on from her phone with a tiny speaker (not loud enough) and proceeded to READ the lyrics through ALL of the songs she "sang". I could barely hear her which is probably a good thing. She sang the wrong words, wrong tune, and CLEARLY had never even seen the movie. Another clue that she had never seen Frozen she kept pronouncing her "sister's" name, Anna incorrectly. After the horrible performance she decided to do BALLOON wands. It was as if she did not recall our conversation at all. After the balloons, she decided it was time to do face painting. She spent 15 minutes on my daughters rainbow which ended up covering her ENTIRE face. Forehead, eye lids, cheeks, nose, chin - WHOLE face covered. Almost like something you would see done at a festival. The other parents thought she was crazy. Very strange for an Elsa party! It seemed like Elsa was trying to extend the time so she could ask for more money. She did stay an extra 12-15 minutes past the hour to finish all of the girls face paint. I quickly told her we ran out of time, gave her her "cut" and to go. I am so very disappointed. Most importantly my daughter is disappointed. We are all bummed on how this turned out. Especially since you only turn 4 once and we paid $175 for 1 hour of a horrifying Elsa. My child has been obsessed with Frozen for a while now and this was her chance to spend some quality time with her favorite character and feel special. Elsa did not dote on her at all, she didn't seem excited to be there at all, and she didn't even know how to be her character. Another upsetting detail - when Elsa first arrived she pronounced my daughters name wrong. It's not even a strange name and she and I discussed this in the phone call a week before. I am sure I won't see any refunds and I probably won't ask. I just want other parents to know how our party turned out. Don't waste your money too. read more

A few weeks ago we hired Valerie for our two year old twins birthday party. We had a Sesame Street Themed Party and everyone had a blast! Valerie was punctual, very professional and she did an amazing job. She started off as Bubbles the clown and did face painting for all the children and then she changed into Elmo!! This past weekend, We booked Party Animals for our son's 2nd bday. A guy, by the name of West came out and did a fabulous job! Great personality, he started as a clown and did face painting, balloons, and magic tricks and then changed into one of my son's favorite characters..Brobee from Yo Gabba Gabba. My son and the other kids absolutely loved it...He was very professional and friendly...we got a great rate and because of this, I will be recommending this company to all my friends. This company is horrible. I emailed them about a 30 minute appearance at my child's birthday party. They sent a quote of $130. I responded and asked them how could they justify charging $130 for 30 minutes when their website states that their rates start at $125 for an hour. Andy responded stating that their prices are subject to change at anytime and he also said that I should look elsewhere for a character for my party. Wow! I was only holding them to the prices that are quoted on their website. So please keep in mind that they are not against changing their rates to suit their needs at the time. They are dishonest and rude. Andy stated that the $130 price included travel but it clearly states that they cover 17 metro Atlanta counties within a 45 mile radius. I asked them to come to Cobb County so clearly there shouldn't have been a charge for mileage. DISHONEST and UNETHICAL. read more

We had a wonderful experience with Party Animals. Our two year old daughter loves a certain curious monkey, so we thought she would enjoy a surprise appearance at her birthday party. Mike was the name of the man in the monkey mascot suit and he went above and beyond our expectations. He gave our birthday girl lots of extra attention, but entertained and played with all of the kids. He was very playful and got down on her level, went down the slide which made all the kids laugh, and even danced with all the kids. A few of the parents commented that their children really enjoyed this character when in the past they had been a little fearful of dress up characters. He gave the kids high fives and posed for several group photos and lots of individual photos. Mike the monkey was the highlight of our daughter's party and we will definitely be using Party Animals Entertainers in the future. read more
