He arrived around 9:30 a.m. He said he would have a quote that evening. He told us he was finishing a lawyer's office in Tampa and could get to our job in a week. We heard nothing from him. I texted on April 5 and received no reply. I texted on April 8, and he said he was working on the quote. Seventeen days later and there has been no correspondence.
