They always know exactly what I want done and always go the exra mile. They only hire stylists that are experienced. My stylist informed me on that. The stylist always makes sure my hair is cut and styled the way I want it. The vibe is good. Everyone seems to know their stylist very well and it's always a good atmosphere when you are there. The stylist assured me she could achieve the look I wanted, but it was clear she lacked the skill When I expressed my concern during the process, she dismissed me and acted as if I didn't know what I was talking about, making me feel intimidated and uncomfortable. She was rude, aggressive, and took advantage of me. I felt so uncomfortable that I had to have a friend come and help me and she acted with aggression and annoyance. She never once apologized for ruining my hair and making it orange. I ultimately realized she wouldn't be able to fix her damages whatsoever.
