This company is a cheap vendor in the area who works with Home warranty companies, and their main job is to stall inspection and repair with delays and phony suggestions so that home owners get frustrated and get repairs done by themselves. We had a water heater issue in pur house, this guy came and told us to do annual maintenance first before any repair can be done. Then they charged me $500 for maintenance and still couldn't figure out the problem and kept stalling with stupid reasons. I asked another local plumber from the community to check and he found the problem of dirt blockage and fixed in 30 mins and told us that maintenance work should have caught this problem in first place. They don't have quality people working for them at all. Save your money and run.
