Everything was handled smoothly, and the experience with the technician was excellent. The only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the pricing. Compared to other companies in the area, their rates were more than double. While the service itself was good, I believe the cost was significantly higher than expected.

Charged $4800 to clean out our septic and leech field. Same problem two weeks later. Came out and refused to warranty anything and even blamed it on the rain. Didn't do it during the heat wave, so rain is not it. They were rude and refused to even further discuss it. Just drove off. Highly rude and unprofessional. I tried to communicate. The rude Daughter just walked off during the conversation. I even asked her to just calm down and have a conversation about it. $4800 is a lot of money for the same problem to persist after the service is done. I was referred any a builder friend who said they should warranty their work. They were full of nothing but excuses. I left them know I'd have to seek legal recourse. She just said "go ahead".
