He was at my house in an hour and knew exactly what my car needed, what pieces needed to be replaced, and recommended replacing a few plastic parts associated with the oil seal and engine stuff with metal ones to avoid future problems and explained why these things were causing my car issues and why they needed to be replaced. I really appreciated how well everything was explained, and trusted him immediately as his knowledge was very evident to look at my car. I asked him to take a look at the engine, brakes, and I needed a few other things looked at and I'll knew exactly what the problems were and gave me a quote and said I could bring it by the shop and he would have it fixed by the next day. It was ready as promised, and fine initally. Then when I drove a few hours later, there were new issues and I was lucky to make it home so I contacted Al at 8pm and instead of responding the next day, he came over at 9 PM on a Friday night to pick my car and take it back to his shop which was a huge relief to me as I planned to drive to the mountains the next day and was sure I'd have to cancel my trip. He figured out what happened and fixed it immediately. Al truly went above and beyond and is so knowledgeable and knew exactly what was causing an issue and understands systems and recommend preventative service. Second, they ended up towing my car first (Chapa rep's words, not mine), and in doing so wenched my vehicle into a nearby tree, causing significant damage while loading it into the back of the truck. Despite overwhelming evidence (e.g. damage to the tree with paint marks matching that of my car on a thick branch about 8-9 feet up) They immediately denied any wrong doing, and only shared photos of the aftermath claiming "it was like that when I got here" and no proof of the condition of the car before it was loaded, even though the same rep went back on his words and claimed that they "always" take pictures before they load it onto the bed. He was rude and I could tell he was lying with how fluid is story was, and contained contradictory logic. Basically call anyone else for tow service, because this company provides terrible service, is dishonest, and clearly none of their employees value integrity.

I requested a quote via Yelp and Yelp sent the quote request to a list of available companies at the time. If your company is not available for services on the weekends, then you should let Yelp know to prevent this from happening in the future.

We were taken to an office where they checked our receipts and our bank statements and they took down our contact info. They said they couldn't refund us right then and there but that they would call us. It's the next day and I haven't received a call. This is a crooked business and I'm convinced that this is just part of their profit-boosting business model. They just hope people aren't checking their bank statements. On top of all of this, the vehicles in their inventory are stripped to oblivion. The vehicles are just empty husks. Take your business to one of the other junkyards in the Denver Metro area. This place needs to sink.
