Even at a time when a lot of caterer's were raising their prices at the last minute, Hill's Catering was very reasonably priced, and they were very good about saying, "here's the less expensive option, or if you can spend a little more we could do this," etc. The last wonderful thing is Mrs. Nita Hill herself. From the first email, I felt like I had a planning partner I could trust. I even hugged her when I finally met her in person, and people, I am not a hugger. She is super conscientious, a great communicator, and a heck of a cook.
