Up until we drove the car home and discovered a cracked back window, the experience was a positive…read moreone buying our new car from them. My husband notified them of the issue the next day after we bought the vehicle and the salesman (Matt) told us they would take care of this. Unfortunately after several picture requests, they have opted to stop communicating with us altogether over this. I have filed a complaint with the BBB also...as this is not something we should have to eat the expense of in anyway. Unfortunately if they fail to fix this window at no cost to us, we will pay for it, and file a small claims case to collect the cost associated in fixing it, as the entire back window needs to be replaced due to where the crack exists. Pretty disappointed, should not have to worry about subpar handling of issues like this after you spend over $40,000 on a vehicle. Business Response to BBB: MESSAGE FROM BUSINESS: On 08/14/2018 Justin and Heather Burns purchased a pre owned 2017 Subaru Outback at a sale price of $31,785. The following morning Justin Burns emailed his sales consultant, Matt informing him there was a crack on rear window. He attached one unclear image of what appears to be a scratch. Matt forwarded the image to the sales manager who agreed it appeared to be a scratch. Matt then reached out to the Burns asking for more pictures that would clearly identify weather the rear window was cracked or scratched. The Burns sent more pictures on 08/20/2018, none of which clearly show a crack. The rear window of a 2017 Subaru Outback is tempered glass. This was confirmed by a Subaru master technician who stated if the rear window sustained impact enough to crack the window the window would shatter. This leads me to further believe the rear window is scratched. The Burns looked over the car before they purchased and at the time of vehicle delivery. We are more than happy to help them resolve the situation if there is evidence of a crack. The Burns have not attempted to bring the vehicle back to the dealership for us to confirm if the rear window was in fact cracked. There has been no further contact from either side past 08/20/2018. Our response to theirs - Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 13083309, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. At no point were we asked to bring the vehicle back for evaluation or told that they believed it was just a scratch. I sent a message to the dealership requesting information for a resolution on 8/29/18. We received no response. I have attached the email for your review. I am going to take our car to the Bergstrom Subaru dealership in Oshkosh tomorrow and will get proof from them that the window is indeed cracked and not just scratched. I will upload that proof tomorrow. I am going to move forward with repair as the dealership that knows Subaru's and services them regularly recommends and I will file a small claims against Langlade Ford to collect the out of pocket expense to us. Our experience with this dealership was subpar at best. It's too bad they couldn't be all they bragged themselves up to be. Regards, Heather Burns

Full disclosure I have a full Carli suspension Pin Top level system on this truck. This is the highest quality leveling kit you can buy on the market. With that in mind I was fairly shocked to see the uneven wear on the tires. This has never happened before. Well I took it to Pomps tire in Antigone to have it looked at and to see if I had a problem that needed addressing. Upon arrival the two gentlemen working at the counter were very pleasant and great to work with. The technician that came out to look at my truck immediately showed himself to have major anger management problems and was showing aggression. Never in my life have I had such a terrible experience with another human being in the service industry. I was honestly shocked by his attitude and aggression. It was 8 o'clock in the morning I'd hate to see him at 5 PM. The man would not work on my vehicle or at the very least even work with me in any sort of fashion. That is his prerogative but the way I was treated was beyond bad business and TERRIBLE in the service industry. Needless to say the kind gentleman at the counter gave me a card for an auto center down the road called Kegler's. Both gentleman at "Keglers" were very extremely kind and courteous and helped me out!! Turns out it pays to be kind!!

I made it to the parking lot of a dealership in town. I parked my car and boat and got a hotel room for the night. The following morning I woke and went over to the dealership that I parked my car at. I talked to the service department and they told me they were too busy and could not even look at my car until the following afternoon. I decided to go on Yelp and look for a different automotive shop. Clarks Auto Sales and Service was my first call and thank goodness. The owner Ted Clark answered the phone. I explained that I was stranded in town since yesterday and needed to get home to my family. He was so understanding of my situation that he said he could push a couple cars back and to bring it right in. His mechanic Mike looked at it right away and told me I needed a new water pump. I said go ahead and put it in. After taking the pump off they told me that it was just a seal on the pump and I did not have to replace the whole thing. I decided to replace the whole pump anyway but they told me my options. I was in and out of there within two hours. While I was waiting, there was a steady stream of locals that just stopped in to exchange some pleasantries and say hello to each other. They were all very nice people and made me feel like one of them. As much as I wanted to get home I really enjoyed my experience at the shop today. I would suggest that if you are ever in the area and in need of car help that you visit Ted and Mike. You will not be disappointed. Great mechanics and even better people. So Thank you guys.
