Turns out I had a faulty rear cam phase wire. Unfortunately, I am out of warranty with only 3100 miles on my bike. Maverick service team stepped up, got it fixed and sorted it out with Harley Corporate. Do not trust, if they will put my life in danger just to make a $1 then they don't care about you or your kids lives either. Can't get a reply so far and will be taking steps further if I can't get an actual new part that doesn't fail in a few rides.

I didn't buy the extended warranty because this thing was totally decked out with aftermarket parts that wouldn't be covered and it looked literally brand new. I was ticked to say the least that I was already in the hole from buying it and now it was going to cost much more to fix it. I live in Austin and was dreading taking it back 3 1/2 hours to pay for something that shouldn't have broken anyways. Freedom Powersports called me today to let me know the parts were ordered and there would be no charge to get it fixed up!!!! I couldn't believe it. We purchased a motorcycle from them while living in California, trusting the photos and the word of their sales team--specifically Haneef, Tray, and AJ. That turned out to be a huge mistake. The bike arrived with significant, clearly pre-existing damage that was never disclosed. On top of that, it has serious engine issues and has failed to start multiple times. It was immediately obvious that this was not the condition that was represented to us. My husband has made multiple attempts to resolve the situation directly with them, but they have completely refused to take any responsibility. They will not buy the bike back, nor will they offer any assistance with repair costs. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. We feel misled and taken advantage of, especially as out-of-state buyers who relied on their honesty. If you are considering buying from Mint Motorcycles-- DON'T. Learn from our experience and take your business elsewhere. It is not worth the risk.
