I called these folks and discussed pricing and specific details on how much we had for disposal. They told me that when their crew arrived, they would look over what we had and discuss final pricing at that time. Once that was done we had the option of canceling the service or asking them to go ahead and proceed. We had one carpet that was about 16 ft by 30 + ft, they tore it into smaller sections so that it would fit more flatly in the truck. We had three bedrooms worth of carpeting, a hallway and the living room as well. They rolled it up nicely and fit it in the truck making best use of the space. After doing that, they loaded the remodeling debris and some packing boxes etc and did this all within an hour. Their pricing was reasonable. The two guys that were here were nice polite and efficient. I would definitely hire them again as needed.

I was less hesitant the second time because he kept his word the first time. The second time he canceled, and I asked him to reschedule, rather than refund the money. He agreed. After that, 4-1/2 weeks later, he has not rescheduled or communicated about rescheduling. I said to return the money, since he is not rescheduling. He was a hard worker once, and then he was swindler who took advantage of me.

Workers were smoking pot, eating pizza and hanging out instead of working. They remained on the property (not working) late into the evening, which made me uncomfortable. No supervision. They remove both small amounts of junk such as single pieces of furniture to large amounts of junk such as house clean-outs and construction debris. I have been a customer of this business two times--once in 2024 and once in 2026. For both services, I contacted the business with a list and photos of my junk, and within hours, the owner Tony texted me a range for an estimate, and he gave me options for appointments that week. Both services were scheduled for the next day around 11 AM. I had all of my junk in my garage, so the employees backed their truck up to my garage doors. For the first service, they spent several minutes moving my junk--shelving units, wooden fence rails, an office chair, a bifold closet door, a few pieces of concrete rebar, a rug, etcetera--to their truck. For the second service, they moved only an L-shaped desk to their truck. For the first service, their final price was on the low end of the estimate range, and I inserted my credit card into their reader. For the second service, their final price was on the high end of the estimate range, and they told me that I would have to either call with my credit-card number or pay with Venmo or another service, so I chose Venmo. The price to remove the L-shaped desk was roughly a couple hundred dollars.
