I am the executor of my parents's estate and their cleanout involved a house, 2 story garage, and a small barn that were jam packed with the remnants of 65 years of memories. We faced extremely challenging and overwhelming conditions. I hired Mike and his team to help me on one clean out trip and in one day, they emptied three rooms that I had been working on for two years. They work very fast and you have to be clear up front about what you want them to take and what you want to save. My priority was saving family pictures and a list of missing family heirlooms. Mike and his team opened every box and bag to make sure they didn't throw out pictures or the heirlooms I was looking for. All the while cleaning out the rooms at record speed. At the end of the day, they presented me with family pictures I had never seen and heirlooms I hadn't been able to find. They also asked questions along the way about things they thought I might want to keep. Before they left they swept each room clean.
