For the first time ever all my toes are actually shaped the same perfectly, and as for my acrylics they are a bit shorter than I expected but they still look soooo pretty and Kathy my girl gave me a free chrome since my nails were so short. 10 outta 10 and I will be coming back! She was so kinda and made my feet feel and look amazing by the time I walked out I also have a second appointment made with her and will have many more in the future. I have previously seen Kaitlyn, who always has been absolutely spectacular. Perhaps it was my own fault for assuming that everyone would be able to replicate Kaitlyn's work but after I got home and tried to settle it myself I realized it was not at all what I had asked for. I wouldn't even say it was necessarily a bad cut, but very different than I was looking for. I don't want to name the stylist as I think she did try her best, it just wasn't a good fit for me. She was kind and friendly and I think for other people she would probably do some great cuts, it just wasn't good on my hair or what I had hoped for. The most frustrating part was that I did call to try and see if I could get in to have somebody fix my hair, because it was not what I asked for. I called twice. The first time the phone disconnected, which was probably nothing to do with them. I was calling from Ukiah and service there is patchy sometimes. However, I did call again the next day and left a message asking for someone to return my call and never received one. I didn't leave a whole lot of detail in the message, but I did leave my name and phone number and let them know that I just gotten my haircut and I would like to have some thing redone. I would've happily paid to have Kaitlyn fix my hair, but I never got a call back. I will say that the person I went to at another salon confirmed that there were no layers as I had requested, and that my bangs were not even as the stylist had barely brushed them out. Sassy's Salon was able to get me in fairly quickly and did fix my hair in under a half an hour which I was incredibly grateful for.

So so disappointed! Sent my bf in for a hair cut and beard trim ( way over due / over grown)…read morethinking any barber / beautician would love to have the opportunity to show off their talent doing a great job. It's a total transformation with someone's appearance. We would of been excited with an "alright job". Instead he came out literally looking like a 5-8 year old cut his hair, not only was it uneven on every side of his head and face, he has big chunks of long and short hairs at random sections all over his head and face. Can't believe this operator ( Joseph) was ok with sending his paying client out the door looking the way he did. Very disappointed.
