The punk with the air hose did an ok job with one tire, but for some reason when I kindly asked him to add a little more (as my gauge reading the amount of air on my Tesla) said they were still well below normal. It would appear that the station is now used by a taxi cab company, so there are taxi cabs all over the place resulting in lines and, since the drivers all seem to have to do something inside the station living their cars in place in front of the pumps, lengthy delays.

Better service with Cactus and a lower price. However, Sparkling does have some exceptional people as you'll read in a minute. While ordering the wash, the pleasant girl tried to upgrade my sale deceitfully by trying to tell me that the full service doesn't include tire shine. I told her it always did and that I did not need to purchase the upgraded service. Full service does in fact include tire shine. While entering the wash the attendant did a poor job spraying the front of my vehicle. He also forgot to close my side mirrors. In the wash, the machine ripped the outer cover of my left side mirror completely off. It pushed the mirror back and forth like a small boat in a hurricane. This wouldn't have happened if the attendant did his job properly. I immediately asked for a manager. That's when I met York, the line supervisor. I pointed out the damage. He was professional, polite and understanding. He quickly stopped the car wash and his colleague went in to look for my broken car piece. A minute later, he came out with it. York snapped the piece back on safe and secure. After my inspection, I saw no permanent damage and the mirror was operating fine. Thank you, York!
