I was told on the phone the service was $155 but was later told it was $175 (I was also of the opinion, it was inside and out but that was not the case) make sure you get it in writing what your service consists of and how much before your service. 2. Called to have my car washed and waxed. Communication for the appointment was great but after that it went down hill. The wax was applied while the car was wet with a buffer wheel. I never saw any wax added to the buffer pad. I was watching at the time via a ring camera. Later he informed me he did a full detail by accident and was wanting me to pay for it. I told him it was a truck and I did not want a full detail. I ended up splitting the difference and paying 1/2 price for the detail. I asked about the wax and he said it was a ceramic wax. The service was very convenient as they came directly to me without me having to go anywhere. They did a great job with the full inside/outside car detail. Since she was unhappy and dissatisfied in the money we paid, I had to take her word for it because I don't live locally and unable to expect the car. When the job was done and his other two workers left and I pointed things out on the exterior that needed his attention, he stuck around and did it himself while the other guys went on to the next job. I hired his team to clean heavy mold from my car ($250 + tip). They worked diligently to remove the mold from hard-to-reach areas. However, I wonder if they used an extractor, steam pressure cleaner, or detergent on the interior because the mold was back within three days. They did an excellent job with the car wash and cleaning the wheels. However, I am not satisfied that they could not remove all the mold and prevent it from returning--or at least offer to return and try again. Update: After reviewing my comment, Jorge reached out. I told him there was no leak or standing water in the car because it is never driven and stays in a dry garage, and we both agreed that there might be humidity coming through the door jams or window seals.
