Pricing was not clear on the website either so I called to ask for a rough estimate. We checked in right on time to our appointment and waited about 45 minutes for our assigned accountant, which I understand can be typical? The accountant seemed very tired with slow movements and they were nodding off after printing out our documents. They said we needed to confirm an important part of our documentation, so we decided to leave in the middle of our appointment and not come back. The entire experience was odd, unprofessional and a bit bizarre. I will not be coming back and wouldn't recommend services here to anyone I know.
