Spent almost two weeks with this company and still didn't get all my trees trimmed. His boom truck…read moreleaked hydraulic fluid all over my driveway and when he did the neighbor's trees, he leaked hydraulic fluid all over my deck. (see photos) When I pointed it out to him, he ignored it. I spent a lot of time scrubbing my driveway and deck to get the hydraulic fluid off. I have 9 trees and my neighbor has 5 trees and since he didn't even have a ladder to do the tree in my front yard and his boom wouldn't reach the tree he said he would send a guy the next day to climb the tree. Several texts I sent to him went unanswered until I said I was going to do a review on Yelp and then he answered and said he would send somebody the next day. No one showed and he said it would be Thursday of next week. No one showed on Thursday and he would not answer my text messages or phone calls. The next day he said his guy will be there at 3 or 4. Nobody showed again. Today I finally get a call from his guy and he said he wouldn't be able to trim my tree until next week and he was going to charge me double for trimming the one tree. I told him goodbye. If you want to waste a lot of time hire this guy. He kept stringing me along for two weeks. I asked him if he was going to remove the dead frond that for some unknown reason was not cut off I didn't hear from him. (see photo)
