Not only that, he is conscientious. For instance, one of the first things he did was to instruct his helper to be careful not to mow over our sprinklers by trimming around them first. That is very important because our sprinklers are difficult and expensive to replace. He noticed my tree was splitting and removal was the only option. His team was out the very next day to start the job. By day two, everything was complete. Not only did he remove my mesquite tree, but they also removed another tree I needed gone. He also gave me recommendations for replacement tree's and by the time they left I had two new ones in with specific instructions on how to care for them. The clean up they did was also incredible - you wouldn't have even know that they had been there. Everyone on the team was polite and professional. Michael was especially helpful and even gave me a local business recommendation for another project I needed done. The only thing I would have done different? I wish I would have called them sooner. My mobile home was in need of roof repairs -- the vents above the kitchen and bathroom, and the…read moreawning flashing over one window (where rainwater pours down the side of the home instead of over the awning and into the gutter). Daniel repaired the vents with a heavy-duty sealant/cement. He thoroughly scraped off the old, flaking sealant. He also installed an L-shaped, roof-to-wall flashing over the existing awning flashing -- the entire length of the home on one side. That eave area is now completely covered and I think it would be impossible for it to leak outside or inside the home -- so long as it stays in place. Daniel installed it with a special flashing tape and then covered it with sealant. Daniel has a strong "work ethic," a rarity nowadays, and I am thankful that he has opened a business in Yuma. He even came by one day, just to check the roof and make sure everything had dried properly. I wish him much success and happiness.
