He took my ideas for the back and ran with it, flagstone seating area, paver patio for a pergola, turf to break it up, different color rock sections for planters and main yard, hosing for planters. In the front, I'm glad I gave this guy full run, beautiful walkway, turf for a splash of green, plants all set up, great design all around! All said and done, two weeks of work for him and his crew. I tried to do my yards with myself and family at first, and it was a mess, home depot rental equipment just doesn't get the job done super well (or well meaning, but inexperienced people operating it). Armando came in, looked at the train wreck that were my yards, saw my ideas, pitched how he'd do it, from taking the dirt down another few inches, laying weed block paper, rock tonnage estimates, etc. I was sold by the fact that he was honest from the get go and clearly knew the right way to do things. I'd say his prices are fair and appropriate and even a steal, given he did all this work in a Yuma July, flexed around my ideas and input, proved he was reliable and trustworthy. I called and spoke with April Sharison (Operations Manager) who was very nice and answered all my questions. Great first impression. I told her I was ready to go and she arranged for Mike McLean (Outside Sales Rep) to come and take measurements the very next day! He was very helpful since he had the exact artificial grass I was considering purchasing installed in his backyard. He sent me pictures and I was sold. Very shortly thereafter Juan (Installation Manager) came out and finalized everything regarding the install. The installation of my front yard at my new home in San Clemente turned out fantastic. Great value for a quality product. Although everyone on April and Juan's team were excellent April Sharison is beyond compare. She is a very busy lady but every time I texted or emailed her she responded almost instantaneously. Did I mention she was incredibly kind? She is also very knowledgeable and makes things happen. She often called me to check up on how things were going and whether I needed anything. Rain kept postponing the installation but she made sure the job was rescheduled quickly.
