She was a rude, incompetent person, that said, they're keeping my $500, for putting my paperwork together. I laughed a little, because she didn't put the paperwork together, I had. I've learned my lesson about not trusting people, that know your vulnerable and will still take your money, even though you're there because, you don't have enough, too obviously keep paying your bills.
