She's down to earth, friendly and surprisingly very skillful for her age. She gave me the star treatment, e.g.; hot towel, cold towel, face massage, etc. This place is pricier than what I am used to, but it was worth it. I love the care and time she dedicated to my needs. I politely reminded Sam ,( Shack's brother ) to apply shaving cream…read moreprior to straight-edge shave.Last time ,Sam started to shave without applying cream to the nape of the neck.Sam and his co-worker took offense to the reminder. Both lack interpersonal skills with customers.Hard to believe Sam has a Barber license, since he's only 17-18 years old .His partner , next chair over started defending Sam.I was going to Shack,in the past .Shack has the personality and barber skills.Avoid this place, with terrible parking availability.
