Contacted the company and felt like they treated me as someone who was trying to rip them off. Sent a copy of the receipt and pictures on the defect. They finally agreed to repair it but I'd have to ship it to them and eat the $28 cost. Not what I'd call good customer service. I'll be sticking with REI which stands behind its products.

In today's world of comfortable, wicking materials, this store had many options to choose from. My daughter decided on a pair of comfy casual jogger-type pants that she can wear to work. I opted for a shift dress which I love. It's a rose color and made of stretchy, quick drying material. It's light weight and perfect for any summer activity. Plus it has pockets! I shop a lot at Scheels and Cabela's and they merchandise very well with lots of brands across different price points. Deals…read more I used to absolutely love Under Armour and buy a lot of my stuff from them but they started messing up their shirts making the sizes a lot bigger than they used to be and the material less comfortable than it used to be so now Puma and Adidas have more comfortable material by quite a long way but it's still not nearly as bad as Nike. I think they should get back to their old ways of making really great quality stuff. This is an expensive location in the Mall of America for underarms.. I'll get an email about a new plush drop Squishable just released, and I will drop what I am doing to drive to the mall to pick it up. Yes, I am a bit obsessed. My closest Squishable store back when I was living in TX was a three hour drive, so I was always missing out on their in-store only exclusive plushies. Now I live ten minutes from this store and as a result, I am the giddy plushie-parent to a Legendary winged Guardian Fox that sits on top of a pile of plushies in my home, along with several Snacker-sized kitsune Alter-Egos. Is that previous sentence sounds like jibberish to you, then I am sorry, you are not the Squishable fan I am. LOL. Setting my nerdiness aside a moment, this is also just a great store. It's well-lit and visually-appealing with floor-to-ceiling rows of colorful smiling-faced plushies all looking for forever homes. The plushies come in a variety of sizes ranging from keychain sized to ridiculously giant. It's very easy to come into the store, take one down from its display, pet and snuggle it, fall in love, and then end up at the register with your wallet out. The employees are all also big Squishable fans, which makes chatting them up a genuine delight. Raven (they/them) even began to recognize me as a reoccurring customer, and asked me what my pronouns are, which truly delighted me that they cared to know! On the day I got my winged fox, the staff were helpful about offering to get a few more out of the back so I could pick the one that I felt was just right to take home (since all these cuties end up with subtle differences in appearance due to fabric cutting and sewing). The stock here rotates depending on what's new or seasonal. So admittedly, the variety here is less than what you'd find on their online store. But nothing beats the delight of selecting a new friend in-person and happily skipping around the mall together. But also, as mentioned, the company does do store exclusives that you CAN'T purchase online. So even if you aren't cool enough to be on their mailing list, it's worth it to stop in from time to time to see what new designs they've created that you may want to pick up. They also sell cute stickers and pins based on the various characters they've developed. This is where you'll also see LGBTQ+ merch. Yay for inclusivity! The funny thing is you will see Squishables for sale throughout the mall at various other toy stores too, though from what I've observed, they're always cheapest at Squishable itself.
