The second time he responded again and said he was coming but never showed, and the third time he just ghosted me. It was a complete waste of money because my lights looked terrible for Christmas. After finally finding one plant I liked, I had an unpleasant interaction with the cashier when I asked about a military discount and requested tissue to cover the muddy pot. Her responses were abrupt and rude, leaving me upset enough to cry afterward. The only bright spot was a kind teenage employee who helped me figure out the bag to cover and carry the plant.
