JM PRO Roofing of Somerset, KY just completed the installation of our new roof. The job included new roofing, gutters, and downspouts on our house, as well as barn roof and gutter repairs. We are completely thrilled with the job they did. From the outset Brian Alford, Field Supervisor & Claims Specialist was exceptional. He was efficient, available and respectful. He handled the insurance claim processing in a professional and timely manner. He answered all questions and issues over the phone and would often show up in person as well. Whenever we called the office with scheduling questions Carlie was gracious and excellent at communication and coordination. The company owner, Tyler McIntosh, stopped by multiple times to supervise the job and answer any questions with courtesy, respectfulness and professionalism. As for the work crews, we can't begin to say how impressed we were. The roofing portion took two days of hard labor, working continuously in non-ideal weather. The barn work was completed in one day, with Rambo and his crew working diligently. The gutter work was completed in one day with Julio and his crew working late into the evening. Everyone did a professional job, were courteous, respectful, and cleaned up everything at job completion. Despite the unpredictable Kentucky winter weather, the work was completed in a timely manner. JM pro roofing /construction of Pulaski county KY was hired to replace my roof and siding. I'm having to hire a different contractor to replace my improperly installed roof by JM Pro. JM Promised to use the same quality or better of materials, I took samples, had both metals tested.JM PRO bought a much lower quality metal to save a little $ for themselves. Roof & surrounding areas of my home were damaged badly by "New Roof Installation ".A full heavy dump trailer was left in front of my doors for 5 days.It caused my sidewalk to buckle and shift, leaving damage.Called to complain I still had to wait to have it removed. They ripped out a window frame, left it open to the elements.Random damage all over.Landscaping, gutters even thrown away. Left a lot of roofing trash in my yard.When I left my home JM crew started messing around my home.Went into an area that was not on a roof tampering with a security camera gave us a nice full view of their face as they turned it from the doors of my home! I found evidence of them poking around all over property, also seen on my neighbors property! Crew was rude throwing debris over my children's heads, not caring if I was carrying my baby... They yelled at my sweet napping elderly dog to move! Opened a gate to an area he was contained in, to mess around once again when I left my home. He could have been ran over! Favorite tool has to be caulking. Cut the metal too short? Caulking! Missed or angled a screw, forget a washer ? Caulking! Botch some flashing? Scratch the metal ? Smear on some... Caulking! Look at the pictures a small sample of what we've collected over a month...Left a puncture in the metal from dropping tools, roof has deep dents/scratches. After informing Jordan that his ideal paint job of dents and scratches was unacceptable,we paid thousands for roof with a baked on factory finish. Roof is going to leak! Jm said we will replace this damage we caused. Instead JM moved the metal around, removed one and took it right back up visibly having holes & scratches putting it in the same place they threw it off the roof from. I have multiple vids of JM using a marker on roof after being told NO TOUCHUP PAINT! Marker didn't even work... Roof already has rust. I do not know if this is recent damages from JM or old metal from another project.JM stated some came from a shed... Invoices are not mathin purchased whole new roof math. JM told me it was the metal suppliers fault that it had scratches...Emailed me that the suppliers recommended that JM paint our roof .I had already contacted supplier. Supplier came out to inspect the metal. It's a serious thing to claim it was their fault...Supplier found no fault in the metal.Finished product weeks later still has portions unsecured. Our roof is dented & scratched. It's has over/under tightened fasteners and holes where there are none.Some is layered wrong it will let water underneath the metal. None of the damage to my home from JM crew has been replaced nor do they plan on fixing what they broke.JM Pro has gone silent,refused to answer any phone calls, texts, emails about my concerns about the leaking of my roof. Besides to demand he only speak to a lawyer not us. Refuses to give insurance information to make this right. We've been advised to drop his services as his company is negligent and careless! Jordan wants to refuse to refund the siding portion of our deposit after his company has openly again and again breached the terms of the contract.They have no rights to it at all as he did not do any of the work. JM added almost 2 thousand dollars to the invoice that I was not notified of and did not get my approval on written or verbal . Went to my insurer to try and get more checks without my knowledge or consent.JM Pro acted in very bad faith,took my money without returning satisfactory services.I need a full refund of deposits and funds to repair my home. Bogus workmanship warranty & satisfaction guarantee.Mold and water damage can ruin your entire home. read more
