During my wait - I had a lovely chat with the guy behind the front desk, he talked to me about the history of the shop and the experience Troy has. Another patron brought them fudge while they worked on her car and a second patron tipped them for pumping gas - in this economy?! That, a high back armchair that has seen better days, an old Sleep Number mattress that has been replaced by a new mattress, and some miscellaneous foam strips that I tried to use to stop the trough in the middle of the Sleep Number air chambers had to go. I reached out to Junk360 via their website request for estimate and got a prompt response. A couple emails later a pickup date and time was set. On the day of the pickup I received a call, as I was told to expect, telling me they were on the way. The crew was on time, professional, courteous. I presume it was a light load for them but they had everything out in just a few minutes. Less than half an hour from parking the truck to closing it up. I'm glad I used Junk360.

During install they Broke a part on my car that automatically unlocks my doors when touching my handle. They Replaced the part though which is nice and Installed Bass knob as well, but it took 3 weeks to get both parts in the shop then I had to drive all the way back and leave my car overnight for the 2nd time. And now I have noticed that my Bass knob and Amp wasn't tuned Properly. Now I have to go back to a different shop to get them to tune everything properly. Communication was not good. Took an average 4 days to hear anything back from anyone there. I did not have these problems when I went to a different Audio shop. I have seen great reviews on this place, so I decided to try these guys. Sadly, I feel I didn't get the best Quality business I thought I would get.
