Absolutely terrible! THE WORST! I paid a deposit a month in advance for a roof wash, moss treatment, replacement of all nails with tech screws and two layers of paint in my choice of colour. They took my money but didn't confirm the week before like they said they would. The day before they changed the agreed job from "replacing all nails" to "only replacing nails that need it". Despite asking for a grey or blue colour a month prior, I was told 24 hours prior I could choose between two shades of black. They didn't turn up or leave when they said they would. When they left for the day, leaving the front door to the property wide open TWICE. The office person was incompetent (didn't know any time frames and couldn't communicate with the actual laborers) as well as incredibly rude over the phone, telling me "If you aren't happy, get someone else to finish the job". Then I saw the actual job that was done - TERRIBLE. They damaged a panel of the roof so badly that it needs to be completely replaced as it is leaking worse than before! The paint job was a patchy, bubbled mess and - less than 3 weeks later - already lifting off in places. They were notified of this over a week ago but have not responded at all.
