The work itself appears fine, but the lack of transparency, no prior approval, and pricing that felt excessive made this a frustrating experience. We had damaged metal entry doors and instead of replacing them, they attempted to straighten them. Because of the warpage, even the extra exterior weatherstrip I had to install wasn't enough to take up the gaps and keep the freezing draft out. So the heating bills are way up and I have to replace the doors anyway. Thank goodness for Yelp because the BBB is so incredibly useless when filing complaints

They were professional, respectful, and put my wife at ease with their humour and witty banter. my wife is a white knuckle renovator and is nervous about everything.
