This is no easy task, as I have done them in the past and it typically takes me a few hours or more a day, over a long weekend because it is very tedious work. Wayne came recommended from a client of mine so I knew that he would be professional and do good work. I was pleased to also find that he is a very nice guy too and someone you can definitely trust to have in your home. It is true that you don't know how dirty your windows are until you see them clean again. They went into detail saying they are following up on properties that experienced storm damage, when in reality they are attempting to storm chase. The lack of researching who you are cold calling tells me your level of professionalism. I would not recommend a company that is just chasing storms to get work. Instead let someone call you based on your work. That's a $1500 fine by the way.

Our Field Manager, Jeremiah, came to the house to give us an estimate for a new roof and gutter guards. Our roof was in need of a serious overhaul. Jeremiah explained the entire roofing process, materials and why certain things would need to be done certain ways - which left me confident that the estimate was accurate, fair and exactly what I would need to get the job done right. He even brought multiple single sample colors so I could pick the perfect one for the house and then got us on his calendar within A WEEK. The materials arrived on time and were put in a place that was convenient for us. The Metro crew that did the roof was amazing. They were SO FAST! The entire house roof and garage were done in ONE DAY. I couldn't believe it. The workers were great - nice and considerate. They did an amazing job cleaning up as well. We haven't found a single nail or piece of trash larger than shingle dust after they were done cleaning up the job. Two weeks later they came out and cleaned out the gutters and put gutter guards on. Done quickly and on time. AWESOME! I can't say enough what great work Metro and Jeremiah did for us! I'm now not worried every time it rains that our roof is gonna leak and knowing I don't have to clean out gutters ever again makes me so happy. Thanks Jeremiah and Metro!!

For no additional charge he then re-seeded with some seed we had already selected and purchased. It was our first time working with him. He gave us a very fair price and delivered a lot of hard work. I would add he came on a Sunday because it was a convenient time for us. We discussed his other services and will probably have him back for various lawn treatments as well as consider him for snow removal. We consider JD a great find. He deserves more customers. We heard about him from several recommendations on the NextDoor app. JD told us his area of service is a 10 mile radius around his house in Roseville. That being his service area, how can someone from NY, NY be allowed to leave a one-star review that says nothing except someone was rude to her? Heck, I grew up in NY and if someone was rude to her that's actually par for the course out there. Anyway, the chances that her JD was the same as this JD working in that area is about zero. It broke my heart to see that review after how I saw him working his butt off for us today. At least it gave me a kick in the pants to write what I saw.

Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding in regards to establishing rapport with the company, & and an effort to resolve it respectfully (and financially). The, whom I assume is the owner, would not allow for a respectful resolution, & was condescending despite a legitimate miscommunication. I am grateful for the misunderstanding, in that it revealed who I would ultimately be giving my business to, & consider it an opportunity for someone who's character is more aligned with my own, & perhaps more deserving of the business. I'm a business owner myself, and I wouldn't have conducted myself in the manner I was faced with based on a misunderstanding- which happens in every industry (countless times in my own profession, & with other contractors I've hired)- the way I was here. Perhaps the owner was having a bad day, in which I wish him better days ahead.

He was able to run the wires without having to knock extra holes in our wood lath and plaster walls which was awesome. The cost was reasonable and he was very efficient in getting the work done. He was also able to walk through the routing and location placement with us to make sure that he would be able to do the work and it would suit our needs. Additionally when called about follow up questions he responded to our questions in hours not days. Definitely calling him back when we have more electrical work to do in the house.
