After multiple delays, we decided to see what other options were out there. Enter Longstreet Living. We were politely greeted several times by every employee that passed by. Every one made sure we were taken care of. We were pleasantly surprised to find a living room outfit we liked better than the one we ordered. The style, the fabric, the quality and the price, were all perfect. After waiting months for our previously ordered living room set, we thought this new set was worth asking a out . Our salesman understood our dilemma and was willing to sell us the display model to help our situation. Luckily enough there was a second set still boxed up in the back. We opted to have the furniture delivered the following week for a small additional fee. After completing the paperwork, we headed for home. Along the way we discussed what we needed to do to cancel the previous order from the chain store. We hadn't made it halfway home when we got a call from Longstreet. Our salesman wondered if we were heading straight home and offered to deliver the furniture today. He actually said he thought I might like to watch the game this weekend on my new couch, and wondered if we would be around for the delivery!! After waiting months for our previously ordered set, with no delivery in sight, this was a huge surprise. The way all the other stores were delaying deliveries, we never expected to have furniture for a while. Longstreet made new friends that day. I'm definitely going back for a bedroom outfit.

We had a fantastic experience with Michael's Floor Covering from beginning to end. Our poor late…read morecat had basically destroyed the old laminate floors in our living room, and even prior to that, we had hated the cheap look of those floors, so we searched reviews for the best flooring companies in Fort Wayne to tear them up and replace them with laminate. Michael's had excellent reviews on other websites, and when we consulted them in store, we were met with friendly assistance and advice for the kind of flooring we needed. We were able to quickly schedule an in-home estimate, and after doing the same with another local company, we went with Michael's since their price was fair, the flooring materials were what we wanted, and a reasonable timetable for installation was given. The tearup of the old floor was a pain since it was simply glued to the concrete, but the workers were very fast and efficient, completing that arduous job in just one day. They worked around our schedule, giving us time to put down odor-reducing primer.The installation of the new flooring was even faster--just over 2 hours the next day. We were blown away with how quickly the job was completed, and clearly quality was not sacrificed in any way. We are so pleased with our new flooring, and highly recommend Michael's to anyone in and around Fort Wayne!

If this let me give a review of 0 stars i would. My mom bought a custom made dinning room table…read morethat was supposed to be made out of reclaimed barn wood. When it was delivered the edges weren't smooth and if you looked on the underside of the table it was VERY obvious it wasn't barn wood. Called the Lady that owns this place and she played dumb like she had no idea. So after several back and forth conversations they remade a table top and were supposed to come to our house and change out the tops (attaching to the legs). The guy they hire to drop off the tables refused to help assemble. just dropped off a table top and let me add its still not reclaimed barn wood. We were even told by an employee that they just cut down trees and let them age a little and use those. NOT barn wood so this owner is very dishonest. The new top has 2 supports underneath that are NOT even One goes all the way to the edge and the other is inset like it should. It looks terrible and they paid good money to be ripped off.
