I found MTM contracting during an internet search. When I told the owner Travis, the jamb I was in, he went out of his way to bring his crew to my place ASAP and they did a 14 hour day to get them all planted. They were literally working by spot lights in the dark to get done. Travis kept me informed throughout the day and made sure I was good with spacing and backfilling and mulching along the way. He was very professional and genuinely cared that I got the finish product that I had envisioned. The trees look great, transformed my entire yard in one long day!!! BUT... then he didn't come back for over 3 weeks, and when he did he didn't clean any of the branches or brush away. Was suppose to return within a couple days and didn't show up for about a month still didn't clean anything. Very upset! Job never got fully finished. I was left with a huge mess. M&B neglected their excavation site after replacing the water main line to my house and it turned…read moreinto a sinkhole. This was done before I purchased the home but emails with the company and city workers confirm that this was their responsibility to maintain for one year. During a rainstorm, water from the flooded street spiraled down the sinkhole and came up out the other end through the concrete they laid in my basement, rapidly filling my basement with 5 inches of murky water. The City of Minneapolis called this a disaster and PULLED THEIR PERMITS. The company has repeatedly said that water does not flow upwards and is refusing to cooperate with me. Someone please educate this plumbing company about water pressure. Do not hire. Go with a mature professional that will take responsibility for their work and not compromise your home.
