They send regular communications via email to advise me of changes, possible delays in service, suggested add-on services based on weather conditions, etc. without my having to reach out to them. Occasionally, I can be overbearing and demanding. I'd had issues with the lawn care for years, so this was no exception. Early on, I advised them of the desired height, shape, and distance from the house of the three bushes abutting my mother's home. Jonnie responded promptly and knowledgeably.
