All Christmas items were mostly 50% off which is the sale that is always in place for Christmas. There was wall to wall people in here today. The store was hot so I walked to the other side for some cool air and a bench. I asked if they have handicap buggies. No. However they have wheelchairs at the front. I sat down until my friend found everything she was looking for on this day. I only wanted Christmas cards. The register person was very kind and took care of the items gently. We asked for assistance on the floor and the young lady pointed us to the res aisle. We told her we had been in that aisle already. I guess she didn't want to climb a ladder but eventually she did it.

She was wonderful. The cashiers were also very friendly and happy to help us write rain checks. This place has great deals every week. So many things are 50% off! LOVE IT.

Came in for a fountain pen for a special project. They had exactly what I needed and a good…read moreselection too. The only fault I have with them is they had many employees working but only one cashier. I didn't mind the wait, but when there's a line at the one register open, one of the three other employees who walked by should have been able to open another register.

I came in to look at the new Christmas merchandise, and was super dissatisfied with the overall lack of organization. The Lemax Christmas snow village displays were a wreck. A lot of the buildings were damaged and knocked over, as well as none of them being plugged in. Some of those go up to $250, and it is just weird how careless the employees were while sitting them up. Not to mention they should be turned on with how close the holiday is! There are also lots of redneck anti-maksers on the loose in here, because the employees are not enforcing masks or social distancing. Most of the employees I saw had them below their noses as well.

I had such a great experience last night at TJ Max I decided to give Ross a try today. I walked in…read morearound 1pm was not greeted by anyone, no one was cleaning carts and the store was empty! I thought TJ Max was empty, no this store is empty. Whole shelves with nothing on them, only one pillow left in the whole store. Only one cashier was working and the line was long so i decided I did not need pillows that bad. For a hot spot for Covid you would think that these popular stores in our area would do better. I felt like it was worse today than it was in March, thinking I should stay home a little longer.

Got some good stuff and good prices but terrible employees.
