I had the worse experience at this shop.I took 5 pieces of canvas to be mounted on wood.It took…read moreover 5 months to get back.And,when I did,they did a HORRIBLE job!!They took a lot of WALL nails all around the sides of wood and the back instead of stapling!!I told the lady,I will not accept this.She then told the owner...VERY RUDELY...She don't accept this work!I then said to her,well,you don't have to sound rude.She then YELLS at me...your the ONE being rude!Owner asked me why I don't accept it?I tell him because that is not how you mount canvas on wood frames.He then starts getting belligerent with me and very irate.He then tells the female to go take them off the wood and give them to me.I told him,now the canvas is ruined,I'm not going to be able to use them.He just continues to argue so I leave.I left and did go talk to lawyer,he said go get a photo of their work.I go back and they will not let me take a pic.They told me they would replace canvases.I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND TAKING ANYTHING TO THIS PLACE!!I should of not been treated this way.

Awful. I was in line and the one and only checker offered customers to go to self check-out. I…read moredeclined - I will NOT do your job for you and will happily wait. When the employee was checking out my items, I noticed she scanned 3 items twice. I caught the error and asked her to please correct it. The employee was frustrated and upset, and made it worse by removing the wrong items. I asked to please void the sale and start over. I'm not about to over pay for items and you should be able to do your job. Accidents happen, but you should not get mad at the customer because of your continued errors. The employee again told me I could check out myself. I let her know that if she offers that again, I would no longer shop here and please just ring up the items correctly. Then she didn't even bag the items correctly or left some in aged all together. I'll always be a fan of Hobby Lobby and take my business there going forward. Michael's - you have the WORST service!

I was impressed with the time the owner spent explaining the pros and cons of different machines, some of which she didn't even carry. She wasn't focused on selling but educating me so I could make a better choice. I didn't purchase a machine, yet. Still making up my mind. I will however shop there whenever I have any sewing needs.
