I immediately contacted the Fair and talked to Amy. I was told after 15 minutes that they would change the banner and keep it up an additional 30 days after the fair had ended. To which I replied I would like my money back. I was told they would talk to the Fair Board and let me know. This was over 2 1/2 weeks ago and still no communication. I am very disappointed in how this was handled and will not do Business with these people again.

The business is locally owned and has an appealing inventory. Customer service was cheerful, and the owner patiently explained reasons for the check out issues I faced. Someone is using their shop name for fraud. 5 STARS for the real business. FAKE -- The jkgiftshop.com online site is reported to be fake. It seems scammers post items for sale which don't really exist in an attempt to lure in unsuspecting customers to shop the fake site vs. the real store. The checkout process fails, but your credit card information has already been exposed and potentially hijacked. I learned about this when I contacted the brick and mortar stores to report I'd been unable to complete my online purchase. Turns out, I'd landed on the fake website which the shop owner saaid they'd been trying to have taken down without success for quite some time. 1 STAR due to the scam site. END RESULT -- Soon after being lured to the fake site, I began seeing fraudulent charges on my credit card. I've had to get a new card and update wallet info "everywhere". Huge waste of my time, and upsetting, too. Scammers didn't get my money, but did steal my time, peace of mind, and overall sense of security. I can only imagine how the business owners feel as they're being scammed daily. So wrong!

Stopped by the Medina tree farm for a Christmas tree with the family. It was a cold evening, but…read morethey had a bonfire ablaze in the field for the workers to huddle around. We took about 20 minutes to find a tree. My daughter picked out a tall Fraser Fur to go with our 10 foot ceilings. The worker trimmed off the branches near the base and made a fresh cut through the trunk. Then he wrapped it up and tied it to the top of our van. The only thing missing was some hot apple cider. This farm is large, but most of the trees being sold here were not grown here. I asked where they got the trees from and I was told, "North Carolina". We'll be back next year and the year after.

It was too cold for me so I opted to chill in the car until my family picked out a tree. My sister and family were able to find a beautiful tree. I would recommend this lot as they had a lot to choose from. The parking lot is small but they have attendants directing traffic.
