I have ordered from Frank's 3 times over the last 5 years. On 2 of these 3 orders, they shorted me…read morequantity. On my last order, I ordered 23 packages of Tur-Turn hooks. They only sent 21 but it does appear that they deducted the price of the missing hooks from my total. Here is my complaint. If they do not have sufficient quantity to fulfill my order, then their automated ordering system should have prevented me from ordering a quantity that they could not support. Secondly, as a simple courtesy, they should have contacted me by phone or emails and explained they could not support my ordered quantity.. They did the exact same thing about 5 years ago. When I contacted them about the shortage, they were hateful and said I was being difficult. All I said to them was that they should have notified me that they could not fulfil my ordered quantity. There was no need for them to get hateful. We exchanged several emails and phone calls and they would never admit that they did anything wrong.

While shopping with my teenage daughter today I learned that this store caters primarily to small…read moregirls. She was adamant that they market specifically to girls fortunate enough to be tiny and almost make girls with a little meat on their bones feel bad. Her comment was that she didn't want to wear things because they made so many girls feel bad. To prove her point she showed me a stack of shorts where the only sizes available were zero and 00. While I'm not hundred percent sure what this means I know she couldn't fit them is they were too small. In most things on the shelf they only had the smaller sizes. This is a very interesting store considering that most Americans are a bit larger. I am guessing I am not saying anything anyone that shops here doesn't already know. For those that have not shopped here be ready for small sizes. The final nail in the stores coffin is the rap for the clothing is that it is cheap and will shrink and wear out quickly. Yikes!
