The items in the store could be mostly unique and can not be usually found on the shelves of Walmart or Target or other stores, and this is what I like about it. Upon this purchase I received a $5 coupon and immediately made another purchase. Even though I ordered online, the designated store that sent me the goods is this one so I wanted to thank all the staff members who help make the online ordering process swift and seamless. Delivery on both was faster then comparable items on Amazon Prime. And literally the savings they have going on cannot be turned away! I've always taken a heart to craft stores even though I'm not always the craftiest person I like to make things even if they don't always come out as imagined but I truly appreciate this store keeping the crafting experience above satisfactory even through virtual experience. The Barnes & Nobles Booksellers in Midland, TX was less than flattering…read more I'm not even knocking the fact that it is a single story B&N. On January 4, 2026, my daughters and I shopped here. Their calendar selection was extremely limited. The ones they had were a bit damaged--that is, bent up or partially opened or missing the cellophane wrapping. There were a few sections that needed repairing and or sprucing up. In saying that, the huge children's section was pretty great. The prices were a bit exorbitant compared to Amazon. I resisted buying copies of books I loved that I recently read through my local library. The restrooms were not open. Not sure why. Lastly, there was only one person checking folks out. I even overheard the staff at the resource center discussing this. Glad y'all have one, but there is immense room for improvement.

I always feel extremely uncomfortable going into this store because the workers are always talking under their selves then looking at people and it makes me wonder "oh man what if they are talking about me?" Sometimes when people will ask about a book they ALWAYS instantly say they don't have it and they will look it up and then continue to say they can order it but it will take a very long time, basically trying to get the person not to order the book. It seems very highschoolish or cliquey if you will. There is only one lady there who has a welcoming smile and expression but it seems like everyone else just wants you gone. It seems like if you come in there just to relax, maybe grab a cup of coffee and read a book or maybe go on your phone or even just walk around they don't consider you someone to even ask "Do you need any help?" I don't know, it's a very off vibe to me. One time I was standing and aisle away from my wife, they offered her help 3 times and literally just looked at me and walked off..... kind of.... Weird? I for the love of God wish I could remember one ladies name that works there cause she has always been so sweet and helpful everytime she sees me and always ask what I'm looking for, even if I just want to get away from the rest of the world. My mom gifted me some items from the Sweetest Song collection. It smells amazing! So my daughters and I restocked on the foam soaps that we all like. For my (I think) birthday rewards, I opted for the Sweetest Song moisturizing body wash. It does its job! The refills are worth looking into. Maybe they'll be more scents in the near future. I'm a big fan of this large, clean shop. Extra thanks to the young lady who tried her hardest to find the scent my daughter wanted. It was appreciated.

I was very apprehensive about going to the mall to get my order. I was totally surprised as my experience was fantastic- not at all the negativity I read about. Employees were friendly and helpful. When I went to the desk to get my order there was no line and no wait. They quickly found my order and checked it to be sure it was correct. Great customer service! I decided to take advantage of the candle sale while I was there. Yay! Good job Bath and Body Works- I know it gets crazy at the holidays but this team handled everything very well!
