I drove here to see if I could buy a few bottles and to my surprise, I found it no where. I looked for someone to help and a lady at fabrics offered. She was super helpful at assisting me find what I was looking for. Unfortunately we didn't find anything related to what I needed in her department so she advised me to ask the front for help. I thanked her and went to the front to find someone that could possibly pull it up in their system. I asked a cashier if they could help and she referred me to another woman walking the front with an iPad. I told her what I was looking for and she didn't have a clue. I mentioned to her that I had the skew number provided from the website and she replied, "that would tell me anything, I can't find it that way". Not totally her fault but if their website states they have plenty in stock it should have an isle number and section to where you can find it. Totally not the case here. Super frustrated with the whole situation so I left. Unfortunately they will not get me business today and it wasn't totally the employees fault but they do need to either find or figure out where their products are.

Said if it needs parts you have to come up with them. Isn't that what a repair guy does? Had they told me the previous time, no our service guy doesn't work on Singers or if you need something replaced you have to order it ahead of time, I wouldn't have driven over there(There were singers waiting to be picked up the day I dropped off my other machine). But luckily I found someone certified to work on all machines and very knowledgeable. What a shame. It's a nice store with a good selection of fabrics. Unfortunately, I guess I walked in at the wrong time on a bad day.

But then, they identified several other issues - water main only 1/2 ON, leaking underground pipes, back yard valves with no covers (and one under a poured patio!) and some heads that weren't doing the job. They told me what problems I had, told me how much it would cost to make right (VERY reasonable) and set to work doing the work with no wasted time or effort. The work was done extremely well - on budget - and my front and back lawn sprinklers are now working as they should have when first installed. Fixed front and rear stations, leaking pipes, head replacements and construction of a new back yard valve and sprinkler location - five hours, $500 labor AND PARTS! VERY REASONABLE FOR THE WORK DONE AND DONE RGHT! I greatly respect Johnny and Billy for their integrity, work ethic, knowledge and professionalism. Need sprinkler repair or new construction? CALL Johnny and Billy at CLS FIRST!! You will be very pleased your did!

His first lie was that parts were not available. PARTS WERE AVAILABLE...Internet search found MULTIPLE parts available. To include Amazon. I ordered the OEM parts, and should arrive today. I told the Tech that the issue was probably the shocks on the tub according to the troubleshooting manufacturers page (Samsung) The reason I called this company was I am not physically able to move the washer or anything having weight. Service did not meet basic needs of service call. Only solution was to replace washer less that 2 years old with parts that were easily available. Not happy with service, and feel I was taken advantage of.

I took my laptop in, it would not come on and I had already done a bit of work on it. I replaced battery, cords and finally motherboard. Still it would not work. They fixed up everything I had done, put a new lcd cable in it and low and behold my computer was working again. A few weeks later the motherboard started failing.( It was bought from someone else) They were so nice and called and told me within a couple of hours. I told them to replace it with their supplier and I would send the other back and get my money back. They said they could work with the company I used. I said no I trusted their source more. They got my board out and I sent it off, then they got the part in that day. Mike stayed late that day and put the new board in. They called me the next morning and my computer is faster and smoother running than ever! I found this company after reading reviews and the woman said they were so nice. I am so glad I decided to try them. They are not cheap, but they were affordable, and cheaper than office Depot which I have used and do not care for personally. They do charge labor, but were able to keep it under an hour including the the diagnostic, both times I used them. They called as soon as they know what is wrong with an estimate. The first time it was 40 within a day. Then with second time it was 95+shipping for the part. They were really wonderful and made my Christmas. I can not rave about these people enough.
