This man took action!! I had a service technician with the part to my stove in my home the very next day. I am happy to report that my stove is now working!!! To the General manager (Chad C.) and the service technician (Scott R.) "Thank you, thank you, thank you!!" I appreciate your efforts and dedication to your job. I only wish others were as efficient as you. Also, Scott C. deserves a raise for his hard work and dedication. I hope someone is listening and follows through on this, as it would be a shame to loose him as an employee. As a final note. This was a relatively easy fix that was drug out for way too long!! Clearly this company needs to work on follow though, and communication to better serve their customers. I hope that management is listening. We had bad experience here. While finishing picking out items in the shop our young child knocked…read moredown an item and cracked it. Before we could address it a young worker grabbed it from us and said, "I'll take that". When this happened were carrying around approximately $75 in items we planned to buy. We also assumed we were going to pay for or offer to pay for the item or son accidentally knocked down. Before we finished shopping the worker returned and told my wife to pay damages or buy the broken sphere. We then left to pay for only the broken item. While trying to pay for damages and leave the interaction with the owner/manager was bad. She was on the phone, then very rude and lacked any awareness of how to manage a situation like this. She was complaining to us and confrontational about her always taking the short end when people broke things. We left upset and insulted. Instead of leaving and buying several items, including the one we broke. We did find another nursery nearby and had a great experience there. I recommend spending your money somewhere else where it's appreciated.

I emailed Rudy Rack asking if they could build the rack that would suit all of my bikes, including two Fat Tire Bikes, I was immediately contacted by Ashley. Ashley was instrumental in assuring me that they would get with her engineers to make sure the rack can be built to accommodate the bikes I need to store and still be able to roll it around in my garage. He explained all of the options, comfort levels, etc. We let him know that these kids were sleeping on the floor, soo he was able to get an opening for a Thursday delivery verses Saturday! We also let him know that they were poor college students & he gave them additional 10% off of the sale price & offered them free delivery to Stevens Point. This was all wonderful...but the most important part of our visit was when my son accidentally overpaid Chris Heufer an additional $20-$25... As my son wasn't aware of & Chris recounted the money & said "Hey, you overpaid me"!!!! Thanks for being so ethical. That is very hard to find these days! Thanks for a great experience! Saw that I was still within the 15 day window in which I was told I had so I went to return the games and was greeted by the most arrogant, worthless assholes Ive ever met. Did not honor the return window in which I was told I had and after fighting back and worth with the worthless employee I was told I could get "store credit". I don't want store credit for a place I will never shop at again. Needless to say the games came home with me and I'm writing this review. Buy online or at Best Buy not dealing with those jerks is worth the drive.
