Instead I received the nicest emails from Mike introducing himself and another questioning what we were looking for in terms of features. I decided to call him to get a dialog going and he sent me an email with several links to models that would be the best fit. We went in to see him yesterday and he spent a lot of time describing the differences and helped us make the right choice. I have to say it was by far one of the best retail experience we've ever experienced. Plus they sell everything to keep your water clean and even evaluate your water. Fast! Friendly! eFficient!…read more That's how I would describe Fisher's Technology. All of the service techs are extremely knowledgeable and get us up and running in no time. It's awesome that I can call in the morning and they can usually have a tech out the same day to fix our machine. Rex showed me what to look for when we get a certain error and I was able to fix the error on my own when it popped up just a few minutes ago. (Who knew a hole punch "hole" stuck to the top will trigger the sensor to say the original is still on the glass? Well, I do now, thanks to Rex!) Thanks to all of the employees at Fisher's that contribute to making our copier experience AMAZING! We are definitely EXTREMELY HAPPY CUSTOMERS!

About a week after having the spa, we realized that my wife had some serious reactions to the chlorine in the spa. We went in the following week trying to find a solution and they had switched us to bromine tablets which also contain chlorine. My wife unfortunately had the same issues. Just an FYI, bromine still contains chlorine. We went in again to try and get this issue resolved. My wife was over the spa and didn't care for it anymore. We wanted to see if there was anything that could be done. We spoke to a gentleman in twin who unfortunately was not the best of help. We were told that they could potentially help us sell it and we could get a massage chair instead. We sat on that gigantic paper weight for about 3 months without giving it any use. We called last week and we were told by the rep in twin that there was nothing that he or the owners could do. There was interesting choice of words used to describe the situation and that he was told to avoid us. We called the Idaho falls location and expressed our concerns and we got a chance to speak with Ted. This man was amazing help. Within 24 hours we got our problem resolved. He was able to get us out of the spa and into a massage chair. I know many people won't run into the issues we had but if there is any kind of complaints or issues that need to be addressed....Ted is your guy. I want to give a shoutout to Aaron for being a compassionate employee in the twin falls location. He was thrilled to learn that our problem was resolved. I will definitely do business with Brady's in the future! They proved to me that they truly care about their customers.

Trailer was there and waiting for me. There's a big parking lot and the U-Haul portion has plenty of space for you to easily hook up trailers and get in and out without issue. The attendant helped me hook the trailer up and test the lights. Super fast. Super friendly. Super professional. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Sometimes it's difficult to write a good review for a place that was so great. This U-Haul location was great. Highly recommended (if you're in Buhl).
