We went in the following week trying to find a solution and they had switched us to bromine tablets which also contain chlorine. My wife unfortunately had the same issues. Just an FYI, bromine still contains chlorine. We went in again to try and get this issue resolved. My wife was over the spa and didn't care for it anymore. We wanted to see if there was anything that could be done. We spoke to a gentleman in twin who unfortunately was not the best of help. We were told that they could potentially help us sell it and we could get a massage chair instead. We sat on that gigantic paper weight for about 3 months without giving it any use. We called last week and we were told by the rep in twin that there was nothing that he or the owners could do. There was interesting choice of words used to describe the situation and that he was told to avoid us. We called the Idaho falls location and expressed our concerns and we got a chance to speak with Ted. This man was amazing help. Within 24 hours we got our problem resolved. He was able to get us out of the spa and into a massage chair. I know many people won't run into the issues we had but if there is any kind of complaints or issues that need to be addressed....Ted is your guy. I want to give a shoutout to Aaron for being a compassionate employee in the twin falls location. He was thrilled to learn that our problem was resolved. The water is 97 or so degrees to match your body temperature. When your body and that warm water are enclosed in the pod, you end up with 97+ degree temperatures in 100% humidity. Most people do not find that environment relaxing. The Epsom salt bath helped my sore muscles, but I constantly had to open the pod to get fresh air in there, breaking the immersion and relaxing experience I expected to have.

She also didn't tell us that if you save your receipt you can go to the other hot springs for free across the road. We booked a whole week here this year just so we can enjoy the Hot Springs, full hook up camping, and tent camping. We called in May to make reservations, and the lady was quite friendly. We arrived a little bit late, and just found a parking spot to wait until they opened. When we stayed here a couple years ago it was $25 a night for full hook ups. That's right water, electric (30 amp) and sewage. The price has gone up to $35 a night. $10 a night for extra car as well as $20 for a dry camp spot. The Hot Springs/swimming pool is quite large has a slide, high dive, low dive and two Spas of varying heat. I think the hottest one was 106°F or 107°F. The average hours of this place is 10 AM to 10 PM though on certain days they don't open till noon. At the reception, they have a snack bar, pool table, a few video games, even a jukebox that plays through the whole swimming area. It is a bit rundown, but it is held me the way you like it. It's a great place for big groups and family reunions. There were 12 of us staying in a pull through campsite and there was plenty of room for all of the vehicles and three tents. We did just buy a new toy hauler, and this is the maiden voyage. It's been a great seven days.

It is clean...I hate the nasty reviews about the water being green. If you look at the water it is clear and clean, the green tint is literally the minerals that are suspended in the water, namely pyrite. They have at least two signs explaining the color of the water and the mineral build up, which I guess people don't read or believe. Whatever. Fun place for all ages.

When we were trying to install out new cedar tub, it was a bit of a mess. We worked with a contractor, plumber, electrician, and landscape company. And no one could get it right .... except Jared. He was able to identify several problems and knew how to get the job done correctly. Since then, he's been maintaining our hot tub and does a great job. He's friendly, personable, and responsive (even tho he's very busy). I highly recommend Jared and Hot Lava Spas!
